Molly, my golden retriever and best friend, is now 14 and the vet told us yesterday that she will need to be put to sleep within the next couple weeks. We've been together since I was in second grade, so we grew up together and she is like a member of the family to me. Reading your post was kind of hard because I know what the future has in store for me in the next couple weeks, but it also lets me know that I can do this because it's for the best and I am not the only one going throuh this.
